Gillian Barritt:
I studied ceramics at Plymouth College of Art and Design (2005-10). I use clay sculpture to expresss a love of Cornwall, especially the Rame Pensula and West Penwith. I use hand-building techniques. I have developed an interest in writing on clay, including poetry. My recent work includes leaf resist and abstract shapes on boxes. I also use clay to express my faith.

Julian Barritt:
Studied at Eastbourne College of Art (1977) and Plymouth College of Art and Design (2009-10). Quite new to ceramics - developing my techniques mainly at present. Experimenting with combining stone tumbling methods with clay. Producing ceramic jewellery also.
