Cornwall Ceramics and Glass Group...Lynnette Forth

I obtained a diploma in Ceramics at Wrexham College of Art and Design, during the early 80’s with Dave Hooper and Jim Malone in the style of Leach.

Following that, I changed tack slightly and achieved an HND in Medical Illustration, but I always kept on with my pottery in the background.I have lived in Cornwall for 13 years with my husband and family, originally finding work at Presingoll Barns as a “throw your own pot lady” where I worked with John Swan and other desperate potters.

I have been particularly interested in making raku and stoneware pots for about 10 years, thus combining my studio throwing experience with my desire to sculpt feline and other similar objects.
