Falmouth University graduate. I worked for Emmanuel Cooper and Michael Leach before establishing my first pottery in Hertford in 1971. I moved to Wakewell Pottery in Devon and then to South Devon and taught in various Adult Education Colleges and for a charity supporting less able bodied students and their carers and started Cockington Court Pottery. Moving to Cornwall in 2010 and establishing Nanspean Pottery I make my stoneware clay and glazes and also work in porcelain … mostly wheel thrown, cut and altered (individual pieces and domestic) often multi-fired in my reduction kiln. I also work with fused glass. Commissions welcomed.
