In my work as an artist /maker I use many different materials. Clay- metal – found objects – photography – wood and resin. Colour is very important to me, and I have been influenced by travels to Africa and India. I am also inspired by architecture from these countries.

In my ceramic pots I tend to make plaster moulds, and then work on the pots after they have been slip cast. I use earthenware clay, underglaze, and an electric kiln.

Ideas come from the world I see around me especially nature, or everyday

objects I:e pill blister packs to turn into clay pots.
