This information is used to fulfil CCGG activities, to secure membership benefits and to carry out any legal obligations. You have the right to review, amend or have your data deleted. We do not share information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Your information will be held electronically. We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent its loss or misuse. Please update your details on your account on the website, or advise us of any changes to your informationI. If you leave CCGG membership, we will retain your information in line with current legal legislation. We will also ask you if we may archive your details for historical purposes of the Society. Under the General Data Protection Regulation our lawful basis for processing and holding personal information is legitimate interest as it is necessary for CCGG to use this information in order to provide you with our services.

CCGG will use the contact information you provide to send invitations to our events. We will also send updates with details of events and meetings. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button on any email you receive from us. By signing up to this mailing list you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Mailchimp in accordance with their privacy policy.
